I utilize techniques in an intense combination of deep tissue, swedish, sports massage, thai stretches, certain meridian, acupressure points, also with neuromuscular techniques combined. to open up the sacrum and, to release muscle contraction.

 Circulatory System

Return venous blood flow back to the heart, and with (R.O.M) Range of Motion Fecilitated Stretching returns lymph back towards the immune system, which restores all circular fluids back into balance.

 I loosen up and relax the muscles,with rolled up hot towels and stone which also stimulates your parasympathetic system, calms you down, physically, emotionally from tension and stress.
